Parthenon Tour: Acropolis and Acropolis Museum

Acropolis (5th Century BC) has always been the fortress and the most important religious centre of ancient Athens. It is the absolute symbol of the grandeur of Greek civilisation and its achievements. (494 BC to 429 BC). The museum building, opened in 2009, a major tourist attraction in itself, features exhibition areas with space and information, designed to give each artifact a clear historical context.
